Housify.pk is an online retail store selling home and kitchen accessories across Pakistan. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Product Information
We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings or lighting in photographs. We reserve the right to update product information at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of placing your order will be the final price charged.

4. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- EasyPaisa
- JazzCash
- Bank Transfer

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity or incorrect information.

5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at 0333-1466803. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Delivery
We deliver across all of Pakistan. Delivery times and charges are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Housify.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on housify.pk including images, text, logos, and designs are the property of Housify.pk and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
Housify.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
