At Housify.pk, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible, all across Pakistan.

Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, and all other areas.

Delivery Timeframes
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2-3 working days
- Other cities and towns: 3-5 working days
- Remote and rural areas: 5-7 working days

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,000
- A flat shipping fee applies on orders below Rs. 3,000 (exact amount shown at checkout before confirming your order)

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across all of Pakistan. You pay only when your order arrives at your doorstep. No advance payment is required.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp. You can also contact us directly for a real-time update:

Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier is unable to reach you, they will attempt delivery a second time. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are correct when placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
