Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. For defective or damaged products, we offer a 60-day exchange guarantee.

Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Product must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Eligible Reasons for Return
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product significantly different from description on website

Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items returned after 7 days (unless defective — 60-day exchange applies)

Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer to your provided account details.
